Custom cut, heat-applied vinyl is exactly that. It's vinyl that is laid out on a computer, cut, then
applied to the material using a heat press. The vinyl comes in various thicknesses depending on the application and use. You can even
choose a flock material, which is similar to a felt feel.
The vinyl is opaque so it can be used on lights and dark color
shirts. Vinyl is excellent for short run, single color designs where you need a quality product quickly and at a low price. Although
the typical use is for single color, you can layer different colors to create an outline effect, or for simple, multi-color logos.
